All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to NYStixs Wood Bats LLC shipping policies.

All NYStixs Wood Bats are custom and made from raw materials to be purchased at time of order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for order to be shipped. Larger orders please schedule 3 to 5 week delivery schedule.

Custom baseball gloves from will be dropshipped from Crespo and Crunoz Sports' factories. All gloves are made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. However, order status inquiries will be handled by NYStixs.

Ordered items in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 days of payment confirmation.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Customers ordering bats that are custom (unless classified as inventoried), are not subject to refund. However a relacement wood bat will be made to replace returned bat shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt.

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The NYStixs Wood Bats LLC Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

You may pay for your orders with NYStixs gift cards, check, money order or major credit cards using secure Paypal checkout . Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card. Generally, credit and debit card are charged at time of purchase. if item is not immediately available, the customer will be notified with purchase options. For digitally delivered orders, your credit or debit card will be charged at the time that you initiate the download of the product.

Using Promotional Codes
Using Promotional Codes Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed.

You are provided with the ability to edit the information stored for your user account information during registration, by visiting your user account control panel. You can request that your user account be deleted; to do so, please contact the site administrator.
